TL;DR
I led a complete redesign, transforming a noisy, text-heavy UI into a clean, scannable UI that users actually want to click. Through rigorous A/B testing, I made surprising discoveries, like how showing 3.5 scrollable cards reduced cognitive load and converted far better than showing 4 full ones. I also developed a flexible design guideline covering color contrast, responsive sizing, and UX writing, ensuring our graphic team could handle countless promotional scenarios while giving our brand partners full visibility.
The Impact:
• Boosted Engagement: Increased Click-Through Rate (CTR) by up to 140%.
• Drove Sales: Increased Order-Through Rate (OTR) by up to 70%.
• Scalable Consistency: Delivered comprehensive design guidelines that balance marketing needs with a seamless user experience.
At the end of the day, there's no such thing as a "final" design since user behavior is always evolving. But if my work helps someone easily decide what to eat for their next meal, that’s enough to make me happy! 😄
